General Help

We hope that everything on this page covers most of the questions you may have, but if you’re still unsure give us a shout on the Contact page. It is advised you have some basic knowledge of how to use Photoshop and Illustrator.

All products we offer are in the following formats:

  • Textures: JPG, PNG format.

  • Mock ups: PSD format.

  • Graphics: PNG, JPG format.

  • Stock Images; JPG, TIFF format.

  • Illustrations: Ai, JPG, PNG format.

  • Fonts: TTF, OTF, PNG format.

Problems Downloading A File

If you are having problems downloading the item file(s), please check the following:

  • Clear your web browser cache.

  • Check that no 3rd party application, software or browser extension is preventing a successful download. (ie. Internet Security, Antivirus or Firewall).

  • If you're using a wireless connection, plug your computer directly into the router/broadband modem.

  • Try downloading the file using an alternate browser and / or computer.

  • Check your router to see if you have any content filtering enabled.

  • Check with your ISP to make sure that you haven't exceeded any download limits.

License Information

  • Personal License: You may create an End Product primarily composed of GFX DATABASE elements for Non-Commercial Use only. 

  • Commercial License: This is permitted as long as the End Product(s) is significantly different than the original Asset(s); has taken time, effort, and skill to produce; and does not derive its primary value from any Asset itself. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item. The End Product should not be used in a way that is directly competitive with the Licensed Assets.

  • Extended Commercial License: This is permitted, as long as End Products do not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item. The End Product should not be used in a way that is directly competitive with the Licensed Assets.

How To Download Your Items

You will receive an email with the download links. Downloadable once in 24hrs. Please ensure you have a stable connection before starting download.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

File Types and Formats

For each product on GFX DATABASE, there are a number of different file types! 

  • File types include - PSD, AI, IDML, DOC, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF.  

  • All Products are the highest resolution possible.

  • All ZIPs comes with a User Guide to ensure a more streamlined work flow.

  • All files have been compressed as much as possible to keep storage size and download speed efficient.

I can't unzip my file

Please download the file again first and make sure you have downloaded the complete file!

We recommend to use the Unzip built into the operating system.

Refund Policy

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased two licenses for the same product accidentally. We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Please contact us. 

  • There is a technical problem with the product that we cannot resolve after becoming aware of the issue.

  • Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.
